Every route below reaches a person. There is no contact form on this page on purpose — a form that silently fails to deliver is worse than no form, so until the submission path is wired end to end and verified, email is the channel we can actually stand behind.

Payments and merchant support

Email [email protected]. This is the fastest route for anything to do with a payment, an invoice, a settlement, or a merchant account.

If you are asking about a specific payment, include the reference. You will find it on your receipt, in your dashboard, or in the SMS your mobile money network sent you. With the reference we can trace a transaction across the network in minutes; without it we usually cannot.

Paid but no receipt? Mobile money is asynchronous — your handset confirms the PIN, and the network reports the result to us separately, sometimes minutes later. A payment stays pending until the network confirms it. If your wallet was debited and no receipt has arrived after a reasonable wait, email [email protected] with the reference and the wallet number you paid from, and we will trace it.

Data protection requests

To ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email [email protected] with “Data request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before we act, so that this route cannot be used by someone else to reach your data. Complaints

Write to [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line and tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do about it. We will acknowledge it and tell you who is handling it.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you can escalate — to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana for a data protection complaint, or to [to be confirmed: regulator complaints address for escalation] for a payments complaint.

Security disclosures

If you have found a vulnerability in kudi.cash, please report it to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject line rather than disclosing it publicly. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access, modify or exfiltrate anyone else’s data while investigating, and do not run automated scans against production.
